12.5 hours at work today. I can't believe I worked that long.
And today was a non-stop workday, not one of the easy ones. I'm so tired, I no longer feel tired.

I'll go lie in bed and hope I fall asleep.

I feel like such a dork. For the last couple of months (longer?), I've been asking people to repeat what they said because I honestly can't make out the words. It's worst when I'm talking on a cell phone. I find it almost impossible to hear one person in particular unless I'm talking to him on my landline.
